Modern Basement

This basement is so close to my heart!

The client wanted a functional space with work / family room entertainment.

How we updated this old basement was by creating a small kitchenette and a family room sofa /couch section, built-in for their books. It was a challenging project. Due to its uneven shape it was difficult to measure and put it on drawing. But we did it and working with precise measurements was important as we had to fit the kitchenette and the exact dimension for the couch.

The built-in turned out to be so good, and I adore how we created this stunning and cosy place one step at a time.
For the small bathroom , we put penny tiles on the floor and how casual and gorgeous it looks.
