This White Plains luxury condo showcases how thoughtful design and custom millwork can completely elevate everyday living. From a highly functional foyer transformation to a tailored coffee cabinet and a refreshed powder room, each space was reimagined with purpose, elegance, and practicality in mind. By blending smart storage solutions, refined finishes, and timeless details, we turned overlooked or underutilized areas into moments of beauty and efficiency—proving that great design isn’t just about how a space looks, but how effortlessly it works for the people who live in it.
Foyer transformation
We enhanced this entry with wall sconces, automated blinds, and a custom built-in designed for true multi-purpose living.
Although the home is spacious, the clients lacked practical storage for everyday essentials — cleaning supplies, vacuum, shoes, and more. The foyer wasn’t oversized, yet not too small either — making it the perfect opportunity to maximize functionality without overwhelming the space.
Our solution: thoughtfully designed custom millwork that balances taste and practicality. These cabinets offer generous concealed storage for daily items, including an ironing board station with a built-in outlet so laundry tasks stay contained and convenient. And honestly — where better to tuck away those extra pairs of shoes?
Finished in Benjamin Moore Heather Gray, paired with elegant brass hardware and sleek brass sconces, the space blends warmth, function, and style seamlessly.

We removed dated, worn wallpaper and refreshed this space with a deep green wall color that brings both modern sophistication and timeless character.

Custom Build - Coffee Cabinet
The clients wanted to carve out a dedicated space for their coffee routine, and we transformed an empty area into a functional and beautiful coffee cabinet. Designed with multiple storage options, the cabinetry neatly accommodates the machine, pods, and everyday essentials — keeping everything organized and within reach.
This once-unused corner now serves a purposeful role, elevated by the richness of the stone surface, a classic backsplash, and open shelving for cups and display. The carefully chosen color palette ties the entire look together, balancing warmth with timeless appeal.

Working within a luxury condo setting required thoughtful planning to maximize functionality without compromising the existing architecture or overwhelming the space.
